Asking For Wife, Female 44, DHA phase 4 Karachi
I want to know this problem about my wife. she is 44 years old. she has been suffering from HB iron deficiency for almost 10 years, has undergone all kinds of tests and doctor's, tests including endoscopy, but hemoglobin comes up to 10 as long as she takes an iron pill or venofer injection, but then drops to 6. All reports report only iron deficiency. If any doctor prescribes any medicine, or suggest any doctor, I will offer lots of prays.
if she has undergone extensive testing and yet not treated completely then its best to consult a hematologist. i am sure karachi would have some excellent hematologists
what is the result of the endoscopy? what do the doctors say ? any illness ? intake of beetle nuts (sopari) ?

endoscopy is ok no issues seen, no any kind of supari intake, however at teen age she intake Raseeli Supari a lot for a year or two

respected Dr. we have already consult with two reputed hematologist but they only advise to start again ferrous sulfate only.
