Talk to General Physician on Constipation

Dr I have constipation problem since many years + incomplete evacuate of stool+stool routine time 2_4 days...dr diet change ki 5_6 km running krta hun and pani be peta hun koi fraq nhi...at first I was taking 1 lexaberon table now its not working. I have done in major depressive disorder due to this reason I need treatment as soon as possible to recover first constipation.. suggest me some tests
