i am suffering from chronic constipation.so what suggest you me.

Salam If you have chronic constipation we will try to find out cause may be becuse of chronic medictation or food intake.Before going bed you can use Ispaghol husk 2Table spoon put into water let it swell for half an hour just take with half glass water. if problem not solve take seed of ispaghol or take 2tabble spoon of olive at bed time

kabaz ka lia kon sa test hotaa ha gn sa pata chala ka kabaz ke reason kia ha.coolonscopy or endoscopy ya koi aur test etc.

Drink plenty of water. Have food rich in fiber like green vegetables. Have some physical activity daily.
Take Ispaghol Husk & prune (Syp. Prulax 10-15ml at bedtime dissolved in warm water.

dr 2 meal walk daily take 14 glass water and take high vegetables and fruits daily and take lot fiber but no effect.daimi kabaz ha aur kabaz ki koi be medicine 1 week hi asar karti ha like lacasil lilac duphliac lexebron syrups.ab 2 month sa poti nhi ati ha aur koi medicine tablets bi asar nhi krti.is kia solution surgery ha.age 20 men.
