Asslaam u Alaikum to all mujhay kafi arsay say chest pain ki shikayat hay, ecg, echo, ETT, Thalium Scan sb krwaye thay lakin sb normal thay, lakin pain ki shikyat abhi bhi hay,,, heart disease k sb symptoms hain but test reports normal aati hain...bht preshan hn... Dear admin plz attention Dr, Zamir or any other cardiologist from karachi or Hyderabad to discuss my problem...

Every chest pain is not due to heart.You need to be evaluated especially if you are a smoker hypertensive or diabetic or have dyslipidaemia.If you have a family history of heart disease,have a sedentary life style or stressful life ,are Overweight.
If answer to above is negative then other cases for chest pain are to be considered.
Kia aap ko naiday ka koi problem hay jaisay jalan, taizabiat ya moon mein khata paani aana. Agar aisa hay to iss ki wajha say jo ilamat hoti hein wo bhee dil Kay dard ki soorat mein baramad hoti hein. Ya phir Agar aap anxiety Kay patient hein to bhee yahi ilamat ho sakti hein. Aur teesra issue yeh hay Kay Kia aap nay kabhi apna Lipid profile including cholesterol and triglyceride level kerwaya hay?? Wo bhee bohot zaroori hay ya aap smoking kertay hoon to phir bhee aisa ho sakta hay. In ka jawab mil jayyay to phir hi aap ki koi madad ho sakti hay.
