Talk to General Physician on Chest Discomfort

The patient is 45 years old married for past 4-5 months she has chest discomfort . A/c to her there's a pain in her chest which moves sometimes it's near the shoulder sometimes on the right of the chest. At night when she is sleeping on left she has feeling that she will produce a productive cough but there's no sputum on coughing.Also she feels very weakness in her bodyy. Kindly explain what she should do.

I think she needs to examine Her chest. and also most importantly the history is mostly vague it's doesn't not fit to a disease or Differentials. But if you she has Household problems then it can be anxiety or depression
