Talk to General Physician on Chest And Neck Pain

i had a few episodes of excruciating chest pain starting in the middle of chest. Then radiating upwards causing the same severe pain on neck and jawbone alongside the feeling of squeezing or tightening of neck. Then the pain travels to the left side making shoulder and arm heavy. It happened twice a few years ago. Third time just last month. And now it kicked in again last night. The heartbeat races during this episode and feel shortness of breath, dizziness and a complete loss of energy. I'm not overweight and do take a walk once a day. Got treated from a general physician last month but it's again the same. Kindly guide what should i do. Thank you.
