Asking for Other, Male, 5 years old, Lahore
A stray cat which comes to our house every other day has scratched my son's foot this morning. The scratch isn't bleeding but it's red n a little deep. What should I do? Apprantly the cat isn't sick or I'll. I have disinfected with Dettol sanitizer. What else should I do? Is it dangerous?
get him a tetanus injection from a near hospital..

syp rigix 1tsp at night
Dear Parent! Start the following treatment.
1) Inj. Tetanus
2) Syp. Brufen DS (1 teaspoon three time daily)
3) Wash the wound with normal saline drip water,and apply pyodine
wound wash solution 3 time daily.

if the erosion is deep wash it daily with KMNO4 pinky wash twice a day by putting 4 5 drops in half pail of clean water .
apply fusidin cream. twice daily
report to doctor if any changes u notice.
