Asking For Self, Male 21, rawalpindi
Does it is okay to take inderal 10 mg after cardio workout
My pulse gets in 150 or 160 during workout
But after workout it still remain in 100 or 105
it s better to stop and go to cardiologists
Avoid Self medication
And monitor ur pulse after a hour,it will come back to normal
