Talk to General Physician on Bud Around Rectum

I has my C-section three months back...after operation they use to give me voltral sophistry by saying its a pain killer.. it gives me itching.. when I got discharged I feel severe itchiness and with passage of time it almost gone..now whenever I passed stool I feel there is a bud around rectum (externally) and after passing stool I feel like some sort of (Jalan) over there...please tell should I consult any doctor..or everything normal ?
