do u experience breathlessness? where do you live n how frequently u have to climb the high altitude?
most probably I r having mountain sickness
which is due dec oxygen saturation at high altitude if ur condition is mild then u don't need to worry as it will improve at its own within 24 hrs if it's worrisome then u need consultation n lab test like cbc n abgs.
