my bp was always below 110/70 but know some times it is above 120/80. is it normal?

Normal BP is 120/80 and we can't label it as hypertension untill it shoots
above 140/90 on multiple occasions.so your BP looks normal as for female
it's bit low.i.e 110/70 is normal for female
