Plz guide about this report I'm having spotting 5,6 times aday since last week.. Am I pregnant orv is my cyst troubling should I go for surgery for cyst.. Cyst rupture hogae hy kya?

the ultrasound reports says thatthere is no intrauterine gestational sac . you need an appointment with the gynecologist and rescan after a week.
if ultrasound is urs it doesnt show foetal sac
