if you are not after easy fix simple answer to your question is loose weight 140kg is insanely high you should be aiming for significant weight reduction in range of 50-60 kg consider bariatrics surgery.This should significantly reduce your blood pressure.Thumbs up to have will power to quit smoking also get your HBA1C done as you clearly have very high risk of diabetes too.Iam afraid there aren't any quick fixes.
