Good glycemic control and Bp around 130/80 mmhg is needed for long term benefits.currently Bp is high and medications is needed to be changed.

The Blood Pressure is quite high and You should visit Medical specialist / Consultant Physician or Cardiologist for optimization of treatment on urgent basis..Being a diabetic and Ischemic heart disease patient, His BP should not be less than 130/80 mm Hg.
