Talk to General Physician on Blood Pressure

I have severe anxiety issues from last 8 months after my sister passed away. So due to severe stress and anxiety my blood pressure gets high when i am in anxious state and my body gets start shaking and my body start producing heat and my left shoulder blade gets really stiff but it gets normal automatically when i become normal. So my doctor prescribed me nebil 5mg and depricap 20. But after taking these tablets my bp gets low sometime. So due to corona i am not able to contact doctor. So should i take cut down dosage of nebil 5 to 2.5??? Please advise. I got cleared all tests ecg echo cbc rft Ultrasound urine test lipid profile sugar all cleared.
