Talk to General Physician on Blood Pressure
Asking for Self, Male, 26 years old, Lahore
Hi, I have a high blood pressure sometimes, Yesterday blood pressure was recorded at 134/83 (approx) and today BP recorded at 124/90 (approx). I feel a headache most of the time. Is it something I need to worry about?

these are normal readings for your age and headache is not a common presentation for hypertension .it does not warrant any treatment
