Asking for Self, Male, 27 years old, Islamabad

Is 130/80 blood pressure is normal? Should I have to take medicine on this number? Daily activity : walk and jogging 30 minutes. Weight : 72 kg Also my salt intake is less. History : I was taking atenolol from 6 months and at the time of taking medicine my BP was 130/80,Now I Quit medicine and my BP is still 130/80.

*maintaining a healthy diet with salt restriction, *maintaining weight and *regular mild exercise.
