Talk to General Physician on Bladder Pain

Post it to general physician, Doctor advised me cipro 250 mg twice for 5 days for cystitis but it didn't work after this I changed my doctor then other doctor told me you were under dose you should have 500 mg cipro .. then he changed my antibiotic to augmentin 625 mg twice for seven days with nuberol forte and nospa forte .. I want to ask how long it will take to work and after how many days I will start feeling better .. I have no burning sensation from beginning of my infection just a pain in my bladder , pelvic area and lower back pain
