Question

I am feeling pain in my upper right side of back with the  movement of my head
in addition , on yawning and coughing , pain increases

I have done heat pad , oil massage , warm bath but very less effective

Advised: tablets Orthrotec 50 mg one stat then one morning one at night 8AM and 8PM. Fastum gel , massage gently at the pain site. Take your medicine for Blood pressure and Sugar as usual if you are taking before and get checked these.
