Its now 2.5 months constantly headache back side behind ears and top head rehta hai sath ma dry nose bhi one side block rehti hai me na kafi antibiotics khae hein but headache sai nhi hua blood pressure mera normal hai painkiller ma agr panadol extra bhi loun tou sai hoo jata hai per headache roz hota hai Headache bohat severe nhi bilkul mild se rehta hai
Previously medications : ternelin 3 days Acemed + nuberol : 5 days Antibiotics : leflox, augmentin, cefiget, fexet use kar chuka hoon

Do u tense?
Any history of one sided headache
Any history of visual problem or vomiting ass with it?
Any his of frequent use of medication like pain killer more? Give detailed history

No previous history of one side pain, no in visual problem i check my eye sight, use medication as prescribed 5 day not regularly used, headache is mostly like pressure in my head, And lastly no timing of headache its not like waking up with headache or while sleeping usually it happen any time mostly in evening

OK u so u have tension type headache
Try to
Bed rest in a quiet room
Have regular meals
Maintain good sleep hygiene
Plz drink adequate water
Start tab naproxen for 3 days only when headache starts
Take only with in 15 min when headache start ok then x SOS
InshaAllah ur problem will resolve
Avoid stress and tension thanks
