My baby is month old now I just want to ask is this weather best for his circumcision?or also let me know about the age till which circumcision is best

There is no Age Recommend for Circumcision but Baby Age should be 1 Year to tolerate/cope up with Infections etc
there is no Issue with Cold/Hot weather but This procedure should be performed in Normal Weather because in Winters (warm clothes should be used) and it may damage to wound further
Circumcisions are Generally recommended during the first six weeks of life.

This new information of respiratory congestion changes the answer.
As mentioned by other doctors as well above, first month is ideal for circumcision.
Why first month is ideal?
Observational studies showed that those who were circumcised at age 3 months (vs 1st month) had slightly increased risk of postoperative bleeding. This does not mean that it cannot absolutely be delayed, it just means that there is a 30% increase risk of postoperative bleeding.
However in case of current fever or respiratory congestion, circumcision is not advised and in such case ought to be delayed till 6 month.
