Talk to General Physician on Appetite/hunger

I feel hungry most of the time, specially after eating meal. I just want to eat eat and eat, cz of hunger. This feeling stays for a week or two. (except if I eat my favourite food like pizza, roast, etc in BIG quantity, then i feel filled). And then comes next phase where i simply loose my appetite and hunger for weeks. I started noticing it for year or so.PS My regular diet is simple, roti, sanzi, daal, gosht, rice etc. No bahar ka khana. PSS: i do not have worms, i just got stool tests.
Do you get mood changes too with your increased hunger and loss of appetite.Or is the mood generally the same.?
Are you losing weight or gaining weight on that account.?What are your bowel habits like,?
I would recommend a test of serum TSH too.

I got this test done recently. 22 june ko. Its1.918, as for BM since 2019 i startd having issues. Initially i used to have loose motion type, and with time it got better, but still its not normal. Pait m dard hota hy before going to washroom, and still slight motion wali feeling hoti hy. Like jaoay pait kharab ho, and u start having pain even in the back also. Got mood swings but not with this thing. Regular bhi mood swings hoty mery.
