whats ur haemoglobin levels,is there any recordable fever and dry cough?if not then relax but check TSH levels.and use tab.inderal 10mg 2 tabs three times a day and cap.fefol vit if Hb is less than 11.also take tab.prothiadien 25mg at night and tell me in 7 days
