Dear Sir, i have anal fissure and it is getting healed and then reoccur again . i am facing this issue since 3years . size of anal canal is too small due to muscle spasm and internal sphincter is very tight. even a stool size like finger cannot pass and cause fissure

Avoid meals which causes constipation. Keep taking vegetables and fruits. Take syrup duphalic daily to soft the stools which will reduce the strain on anal sphinctre. Apply GTN anal cream daily thrice in anal canal. Consult near general surgeon for examination of local area.
