Salaam to all. I would like to know about a good allergy doctor if someone can help? Everyday if I don't take anti allergic tablets I sneeze about 100 times then I get nose running sore and eye itching. Please refer a good place to cure this. Thank you

I. Put water in your hand and suck water through nose : till you can feel water in your throat then blow your nose : repeat
