Acidity,heartburn,anxiety

Question

I am having acidity issues from 2 year after recovering from anxiety ,panic attacks , it is possible that it can be cured .i eat nexum 40 mg for it gerd.acidity .but after few days it happenes once a week or may be twice a week.feel anxiety sometimes very low energy levels stress issues gaining weight also .
