Talk to General Physician on Accident Wound

My husband had an accident, his bike slipped on the road and he’s suffered a few injuries. The images attached are of the wounds on his knee, can someone help me out with what do i do about this?

The doctor in the emergency cleaned it with pyodine, and told us not to cover it. And only apply polyfax. I’ve been cleaning the wound with dettol and pyodine. And applying polyfax on it after the cleaning. The wound is oozing a transparent fluid. Should i apply Cicatrin powder on it?
