sometimes during bowel movement I have severe pain in power abdomen then this pain radiates down my legs and leg pain stays for a couple of hours. doctor suggested ultrasound which was normal. please suggest what can be the cause?

endometriosis is also possible but as pain radiate to your legs I think about something in your back (lumbosacral) area that's why I asked you for lumbosacral MRI

Unsual to have pain in legs during bowel movements unless some pathology exists.
How far in the legs does your pain go.? Is it in the front or back of legs? You need to be evaluated
