Asking For Father, Male 62, Bufferzone

My father had a turp surgery one week ago. Right now he is using indwelling catheter for urine. The problem is since 2 days his catheter is leaking from time to time. Is it normal or should I do something?

Its called periurethral leak, is very common and mostly the cause is smaller size(diameter) of catheter. If the leak is mild then no need to change because there is a high risk of infection when u chnge catheter if very profound then u can consider changing it
