Stomic problem, acidity, uncomfortable left side chest near to shoulder, rat ko nend jab ane lagti to kabi sans me msla ata hai to ankh khul jati, kabi chair par betha ho to short breath feel hoti for some second, mostly belgam feel hoti galle mai nd kabi chest pain b. khana hazam nahi hota kabi feel hota gale tak aya hai nd kabi vomit feel hoti but ati ni. 90 kg weight tha low kiya 70 kg but now again increase 75 kg, report b hai blood ki anyone guide me plz what i do for good healthy life.
