Talk to Gastroenterologist on Stomach Upset

I have very frequent stomach upsets which includes getting diarhhea after eating from outside almost every time or even sometimes with home food. Other than this I have frequent cramps after eating food and this condition usually resolves on its own without medications and only a very few times gets worse that I need to take medicine. No comorbidities and medical history.
