2 days before eaten mutton after that stomach is upset nt feeling hungry n having pain like sensation around the belly with tenesmus. Stool k lya bhe zeada jana par rha but its nt watery aur after stool pass lgta k still need to go ..kindly let me know which tablet should take to relieve it
