Talk to Gastroenterologist on Stomach Ulcer

Its been 6 months i was feeling small pain in stomach after eating food, so in start i ignore it then later it was h pylori test positive. Then i consult with doctor who was gastroenterologist Before 5 months in pakistan sialkot so he sugest me to eat some medicine for 15 days with diet. But i didn’t take serious and took those pills hardly till 4 days and then quit and keep eating junky food fast food cold drinks. Now one week before i feel pain strongly and in uppor stomach after eating and stool was also brown and black mixed, so i consult with doctire in africa he told me you got a ulcer wound and its bleeding and mixing in stool, so he told me to give me 3 injections for that in 3 days. Each in one day. So its 3rd day now i feel small pain some time and vomiting after eating. And he has given me these medicine to take for 2 weeks. Ok after these 2 injection and proper diet of 3 days stool colour is normal like yellow. But i still feel small pain and vomiting. Please explain me
