Talk to Gastroenterologist on Stomach Problem

Sir i had fever on saturday night and i ate fish then on sunday i took medicine from doctor for fever from that saturday to now taste ( smell ) of stomach of fish that i ate on saturday comes everytime in my mouth still now. Even if i ate sweet then i felt same taste of fish on saturday if i drink water then i have same that taste in my mouth and tongue and if i ate some other food then i also felt same that smell and if i smell something then i also got that smell of that fish that i ate on saturday. This is my Stomach problem. I have very loose motion in one day from saturday with pain in abdomen and with high heat it comes out. So please tell me medicine to recover my stomach. Thanks
