Assalamualaikum. Sir I was facing with loose motions for last 30 days but it was 3 or 4 time in a day and in the meantime I was taking flagyl tablets 2 or 4 daily but it was not curated. Then I took some other medicine and now I have a lot of constipation. Sir please advise me some medicine. Thanks
