Hello. A detail history and examination is required before a conclusive diagnosis can be established and a proper treatment can be given. Given 3 months long symptoms and partly acidity with gas can be due to stomach infection like H pylori, slowing of stomach called gastroparesis and can be associated irritable bowel syndrome. It is also important you have weight yourself or recall your correct body weight and compare with the one measured previously. This would give clue how serious is the problem..
