its been a year my stomach is always upset. Diarhea or constipation off and on and sometimes it totally gets fine, many a times there is cramping in stomach before bowel movement and bloating too, secondly my lips and mouth gets dry and sometimes i feel a bitter taste too. what can it be.

its funny condition some time reducing dairy products can improve bloating.tretment is symptomatic and dietary modification.if diarrhea ia bad take loperamide and laxative if constipation issue.one can tame meberavine 135 mg tds for spasms .if any heartburn indigestion to try omeprazole 20 mg od .
it doesn't warrant any test presentation sounds very likely of typical ibs .

it can be gluten allergy too? as my mother too have that.
and dry mouth and lips wd smtimes bitter taste is also related to ibs

you are absolutely right this gould be a presentation of of coeliac which is gluten-sensitive enteropathy, though much less prevelant in our race, but given family history can be a possibility.You can arrange blood test like Serum tTG(tissue transglutaminase) ,and total IGA antibodies.Gold standard test is endoscopy and biospy of bowl though only should be done if positive blood.Y ou can give a gluten-free trial if your symptoms completely settle this will support the diagnosis
