Talk to Gastroenterologist on Stomach Pain

Helloo. Mujhe 3 din se stomach burning type feel aa rhi hai and today and yesterday i felt like sharp pain which lasts for few seconds and disappear and i release gas after that maror in stomach. I cant describe that pain but thats called maroor. I feel so heavy stomach side pori and have constipation problem too. And felt that i have smelly urine from 2 days. Is it connected? Whats going on with me ? Im soo unrelaxed nd stuffed too plus that sharp pains. Please let me knows whats this and what to do.
