Talk to Gastroenterologist on Stomach Pain
Asking for Self, Female, 20 years old, Lahore
I have been feeling this pain for quite some days. Whenever i eat something i feel a little pain and discomfort in my stomach. And i feel like i am full having no appetite although i do not eat much. This uneasiness is always followed by eating anything. Also i am not taking spicy foor or fast food. What is the possible reason for this? Or how can i overcome this discomfort? Plus i feel a bit swelling on my stomach area. Could it be related to gallbladder?

life style modification is
1: avoid spicy food, salad, butter ,white meat.
2: do not sleep for at least 3 hours after lunch or dinner.
3 : Take small amount of meal and increase frequency of meal that is instead of taking meal for w times increase to 4 times but low in amount.
5: stop panicular medication
6: daily exercise to reduce weight.
7: stop smoking and other addiction if present
