Aoa is it burning or what type of pain ???
The symptoms suggestive of peptic ulcer disease. pain after meals and decreased appetite is common in this. He should take cap Esomprazole 40 mg half hour before meals or before sehri in ramadan. Just take for a week then intermittently when he feels the same.
