Talk to Gastroenterologist on Stomach Issue

Hy. I have been married more than 2 yrs i had anxiety issue due to place change but i managed it withkut medication. Now i have moved again to new city i had troubles in beginning but whenever i had issue i felt tightness and shortness in breath with nausea and vomiting sometime. Its for short period of time (1 day) but it makes me miserable and i have urge to cry and appetite loss. Even though i dont have any sort of problems but now i have noticed some signs before the anxiety starts. I get bloated, nausea, uneasy feeling, good appetite, passing more stool (3-4 times a day). I feel i might have stomach issue
