Talk to Gastroenterologist on Stomach, Heartburn, Bad Breath

Stool antigen (ICT) result is negative...
Symptoms are :
1)Having heartburn after eating
2)Bad breath from stomach
3)Sometimes Feeling bump on right side only in throat while eating or drinking water.
4)red bumps on back of tongue
5)tongue with white coated colour or sometimes yellow on back of tongue
6)red acne on back of body
7)after eating need to go washroom for passing stool
8)sometimes I feel burn while passing stool
9) more gas issue continuously come sometime
10) I feel burn at upper side of stomach
11) when I eat homemade biryani I feel burn and bad breath come.
12) whenever I think I'm having issue in stomach it trigger more burn..
13) when I woke up I feel dry in thorat
14)smell comes from nose and throat too...

Any permanent solution?
Should I go for endoscopy?
Am I having IBS or IBD?

Plz see videos on youtube for life style modification..
Start tab ganaton od 1 before breakfast..
Tab zopent 40mg 1 subh khali pait..
For 1 month..
If needed consult nearby gastroenterologist.. As online advuce without seeing patient ia not equivalent to proper checkup. Hope this helps

I already taken this tablets..

I started treatment last year.

First visit.
1.zopent 20 mg 2.ganaton 50mg. 3.librex 4.cobalmin for a 2 weeks.

2nd visit. He gave: 1.Rulling sache 2. Sulvorid 25 mg

3rd visit : 1. Dolfina 60 mg 2.librex

4th visit: 1) fasteso 20 mg 2)Ipride 50 mg

5th visit: Esso 40 mg Now I stopped to taking .

Is anything serious?
I'm having cancer?

Ok I'll go for stool test and ultrasound.. should I go for other test like hepatitis.?..I did L.F.T too and reports was normal..

Ulcer tou nhi hai? Q k it's about a year continuously medicine le raha hun.. jab bhi thora spicy khata hun tou problem hojata hai...bad breath ka bhi bohat issue hota hai and it comes from stomach I checked several times... Iska permanent solution hai ya medication per hi rehna parega?

This problem is related to stomach and digestion please do stool antigen for H-Pylori hepatitis and LFTs are good to do if you didn’t check their status earlier meanwhile you and continue your old prescription

What about medicine ? Should I continue... I'm taking esso 40 mg daily...

with this much persistent symptoms endoscopy is a choice but u need to examined by a qualified gastroenterologist
first before directly going to the endoscopy

What should I do now? I'm not having any medicine now and due to Corona outbreak can't go to hospital...
