Mujhe takriban last 2 months se constipation ki problem hai and sometimes stomach main and during passing stool pain hoti and after eating and drinking water stool passing main pain zada nhi kabhi kabhi hoi ha wo bhi recently. general doctors ny low fibre and dihydrate reason btaya and constipation syrup prescribed ki hai and drink more water kha ha.
i am concerned any doctors pls advise me. main overthinking person hu is lye aseity hoti hain zada iski waja se.
