Its my 2nd pregnancy. Im 7 weeks 4 days pregnant. Im continuously having stomach ache from last 4 days sometimes its bearable sometimes its not. Also having extreme nausea whatever i eat its taste remains in my mouth and it can’t let me eat anything. Also my 1st born is 15 months old and she is still on mother feed. Kindly give advice should i stop feeding her because im having weakness when i standup i get totally black out for some seconds.
You should use video consultation as a detail history be provided. Feeding generally is not harmful while having preganancy. However the symptoms of weakness, stomach ache and dizziness has to be elaborated further to rule out any pregnancy related or pregnancy un related conditions.
