respected sir on 24th march 2020 i smoked charas and in the very next evening pain started in my stomach actually pain was not exactly in stomach it was below the chest and at the same location on my back side of chest and b.p shooted to 140 and strong pulse also acurred. i visited cardiologist and go through e.c.g . no problem with e.c.g then visted a gaestero speclist and take almost three months medicine of his advise. during these three months acidity pain in different areas of chest was felt. but during intake of medicin everthing was gone right but as i left the medicine tha same situation arises after 2 to 3 days. now when i ate meal after it strong pulse accured burping after one hour of meal and weight felt in chest sometimes acidty also accurred

It is simply Gastroesophageal reflux disease. Charas possibly have brought this up..If you could recall it was present already.
You should Avoid all medicine except rulling. You can take it when ever you have these symptoms. One capsule half hour before meals. Thats it.
If you have been taking other addiction like smoking alcohol or any other, kindly avoid those.

sir i also have taken eskem 40 mg twice a day for 2 months nd 20 mg for one month but the condition is same as i left the medicine. how much time it takes to be recovered

sir in the begning when it was started b.p remains 140 for half of month beside taking medicine and after meal i felt heat in my body as well in head nd foots. then things got settled a bit. when i takes medicine symptoms got almost disappears

yes sir i taken the medicine before meal but it was disturbing me in the end when i left. creating a lot of gas in stomach feels like bubles of gas in stomach left right side and pains in arms sometimes in head nd kidney so i decided to stop taking medication

lextomil 3mg 1/2 before bed
