Talk to Gastroenterologist on Rectal/stomach

I am gastritis patient since an year..takng homeo medicines for this..problem is since 3,4 days i am having throbing/itching feeling imside my anas..i am not constipated..inthe middle of night i wakeup to this itching..its not going away..it feel somethng is pinning from inside...stools are soft and therz no blood in stool..
