I have fissure and pain problem 6 month ago.after taking GTN cream problem resolved.then I felt A mass in anorectal region .got checked in Nishter Hospital Multan.they took biopsy of the mass.straight after biopsy sever bleeding start which stop after a week biopsy result show no malignancy.then CT scan show polypoidal mass 9.1cm from anal verge.now please tell what is the solution of polypoidal mass hanging in lumen which is3.1cm in diameter.and
