Talk to Gastroenterologist on Moderate Pangastritis

Sir i am suffering from gastritis but it is not heeling properly, h pylori is negative, ct scan was perfectly fine , here are my reports.H pylori was done while taking medications. but i am unable to stop my medication for a re test. Symptoms include. sometimes feeling of fullness and sometimes burning in upper abdomen after eating. Sometimes the burning is in empty stomach but only once in a blue moon. Cannot figure out what makes symptoms worse. currently taking Espra 40 mg twice a day ITP OD once Seroxat 12.5 once, Taking these medications for one month now. i have a problem of overthinking too much.
