Talk to Gastroenterologist on Moderate Pangastritis

I have H pylori negative but as i am suffering from more than 1 year. My doctor has prescribed me antibiotics course for h pylori so that if there is h pylori present so it will be cured. I wanted an opinion that is it okay to take these medications? I have taken these medications 2 days and i am fine no extra symptoms. Is there any harm to my gastritis with these? Kindly help. I am taking Klaricid 500 2 times Amoxil 500 2 times Flagyl 400 1 time Risek 40 1 time. I have attatched my endoscopy with it.

Whenever i eat something ,i feel burning in upper abdomen and sometimes i feel nothing, sometimes the burning starts in empty stomach also. Should i stop the antibiotics because There is negative h pylori. But i was on medication when biopsy was done.
