Talk to Gastroenterologist on Moderate Pangastritis
Asking for Self, Male, 23 years old, karachi
suffering from past 15 months, have consulted several doctors including homeopathic but no significant improvement. Due to covid19 i am eating only homemade food but then also the condition remains the same. soon after eating i feel burning in the upper abdomen and sometimes feeling full, on the other hand sometimes i feel okay. Kindly prescribe a better treatment and home remidies and what to eat and what to avoid. some of the Medications i have taken since it started are as follows Ezium 40 + sulvoride 50 +estar 10 Ruling 40 + sulvoride 50 + praxyl 25 desktop 40+ ganaton OD + estar 10 endoscopy, biopsy, ct scan. h pylori reports are attatched.

do not use spicy meal, less tea and coffee , avoid soft drinks..eat frequent small meals...dnt make stomach extra full...increase water intake...make proper routine of meals..

These symptoms may be due to number of reasons like H-Pylori infection may be due to use of certain drugs especially pain killers and anxiety is also one of the factor sleep deprivation leads to anxiety and depression that also leads to these symptoms
